The Santiago Bernabeu stadium was inaugurated on December 14, 1947 and currently it has a capacity of 81.000 spectators. It is located in a very central area just next to one of the main streets of Madrid, the Paseo de la Castellana in the Chamartín district.
The madridist feud hosted some of the 1982 World Cup matches, the EURO 1964 and several times the Champions League final and the Intercontinental Cup. More recently, in 2018 it hosted the final of Copa Libertadores (the first time it was played outside of South America). The Santiago Bernabeu is also the usual scenario of the Spanish National Team matches.
One of the best environments in the Santiago Bernabéu are experienced during the Champions League matches or in the clasico, where rivalry and strong emotions ensure you live unrepeatable football experiences.

The Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, also known as Real Madrid, was founded on March 6, 1902 by Julián Palacios and the catalan brothers Juan and Carlos Padrós. It was considered the best football team of the 20th century and is the team with the most Champions Leagues in their showcases. The white team has had some of the best players of football history as Di Stefano, Puskas, Gento, Butragueño, Hugo Sánchez, Raúl, Zidane, Ronaldo, Casillas or the 5 times Golden Ball winner Cristiano Ronaldo.
Concerning the titles, the most glorious era for whites was during the 50s and 60s with the presence of Di Stefano at the helm of the merengue team. During that time the team won 5 consecutive European Cups and 5 consecutive Leagues. Later in the 80s with the Quinta del Buitre they won 5 consecutive Leagues again. Another great age was the era of the Galácticos at the beginning of the 21st century and later the decade with Cristiano Ronaldo in the team, during which the club won 3 Champions consecutively.
The eternal rival of Real Madrid is the FC Barcelona, which he faces every year in El Clasico, probably the best football match that can you seen nowadays.
